By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

3. Entertainment Purposes Only - No Professional Advice

IMPORTANT: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to astrology readings, AI-generated interpretations, predictions, and any other information, is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to:

  • Medical, health, or psychological advice

  • Legal advice

  • Financial, investment, or tax advice

  • Career or employment advice

  • Relationship or marriage counseling

You should always consult qualified professionals (doctors, lawyers, financial advisors, licensed therapists, etc.) before making any important life decisions. The Company is not responsible for any actions you take based on information provided through the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models to generate astrological interpretations. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies.

  • AI-generated predictions are speculative and should not be relied upon for decision-making.

  • The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content.

  • AI-generated content does not represent the personal opinions or endorsements of the Company.

5. User Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.

  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

7. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

The Service uses a credit-based system for asking astrological questions:

  • Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe) and are non-transferable.

  • All prices are displayed in the currency of your region and are subject to change.

  • One-time credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

  • Subscription credits are granted monthly and reset at the start of each billing period. Unused subscription credits do not carry over.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us at support@sitaare.ai and we will review your request for a refund of unused credits on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and AI-generated outputs, is the property of AI Witches LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Service content without permission.

  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written consent.

  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.

You retain ownership of any personal information you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI WITCHES LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

  • Any damages arising from decisions made based on Service content.

  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Witches LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your violation of any rights of a third party.

  • Any content you submit or transmit through the Service.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in California, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action or other representative action. You expressly waive your right to participate in a class action or seek relief on a class basis.

SMALL CLAIMS EXCEPTION: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

14. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Witches LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
